Welcome to the wonderful Wollomombi community.

The community has recently created the Wollomombi Community Strategic Plan - a document that identifies the actions the locals wish to undertake to make this an even better community. The plan was submitted to a meeting of Armidale Dumaresq Council who endorsed the plan and have committed funds to support the community. This website is aimed at promoting the landscape, people and businesses of our great area, Wollomombi. We are located on Waterfall Way, 40km east of Armidale in the New England area of New South Wales, Australia.

There are rivers, waterfalls, rolling hills and places beyond your imagination around Wollomombi. Be inspired - visit our lovely community.

Here is a view of the Chandler Valley, Wollomombi. The photo was taken while fires were burning near Inverell - so there is some smoke haze visible.
